Dom runs his own bakery here at Shimpling supplying bread all over West Suffolk.
Spend a day with him learning all about sourdough - folding, shaping, baking. Make your own sourdough pizza for lunch and return home with a bevy of bread and all the tricks.

Dawn Chorus Bird Walk


An early morning guided bird walk through our organic fields and woodlands led by an expert from the Suffolk Wildlife Trust followed by time to chat in the field with tea, coffee and pastries.

Please note in 2026 we will be meeting and walking through a different area of the farm from previous years with scrub and newer woodland habitat.
