In the heart of our farm is our beautiful and sensitively restored Victorian Model Barn complex which can be hired exclusively for weddings and memorable events. (It also makes a great space for conferences, meetings and a film location base too!)
We have beautiful spaces across the farm from open fields to ancient woodlands.

We have a range of light industrial units in a variety of sizes and a few domestic lets. We focus on local businesses and most of our tenants have been with us for a long time with everything currently full. However, if you are looking for somewhere to work or live it is worth contacting us as we keep a list in case something becomes available.

From formal dinners to festival style pop ups, your celebration at Shimpling Park Barn, will be unique and memorable. You can hire the whole space and make it exactly what you want. With enough cover in case of rain and two beautiful outside courtyards to drink in the sun.

From 10 – 100 people our barn has superfast broadband and bespoke catering and refreshment packages available. There is easy access to the rain stations of Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds and plenty of parking on site. Shimpling Park Barn is a step away from the hubbub of more traditional meeting venues and has plenty of good break out space. Here ideas really flow and conversations take off.

Location for filming
Our barns are a fantastic back drop for stills or moving image. We have many diverse locations on one site with great production space and easy parking. From agricultural views, infinite horizons, derelict buildings, historic houses to empty roads and enchanting woodlands.
