1. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.  If you have any questions at all do just get in touch with us at Info@shimplingparkfarm.co.uk 
  2. How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the e-mail address or postal address you provided to us in your order. 
  3. We only sell to the UK. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to addresses outside the UK.
  4. You order is confirmed ONLY WHEN WE CONFIRM DELIVERY DATE AND BOOKING not on the immediate notification email sent by the booking page subsequent to your booking / buying
  5. Our Lamb Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may include recipe suggestions or other items not included in your order. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible because our products are unique all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements indicated on our website may alter. You will not be refunded for variations in weight or appearance of products or packaging.  
  6. Packaging will keep perishable goods safe for 48 hours. Perishable goods must be consumed, frozen or refrigerated within 48 hours from the time of pack.
  7. Because our lamb is butchered to order and the product is perishable once your order is placed you take responsibility for paying for that product.  Whilst we are a small family business and will try to help wherever possible, we will not be able to refund you if you change your mind or become unable to accept your order. If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us immediately.  We cannot normally make changes once the confirmation email has been sent.  We will always do our best to help. 
  8. If for any reason, we cannot fulfil your order we will offer you an alternative purchase if we have something suitable or a refund.  We will refund you if you do not want our alternative or we have nothing to offer you.  Any refund will be limited absolutely to the value of the purchase and any delivery alone.  We cannot be responsible for any other costs incurred in any way. 
  9. If we have any need to make changes, we will make attempt to contact you before dispatch of any products.  
  10. Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. You can pick up your order for free from our chosen butcher. 
  11. When we will provide the products? During the order process we ask you to choose your best delivery date and we will confirm that we can fulfil that.  
  12. What if we can not deliver on the exact date?  We will do everything we can to try and ensure you get the delivery on the day specified however, if the delivery is delayed beyond our control, we cannot take responsibility.  We will always ensure products have adequate chilling products to cover unanticipated delays
  13. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for any costs caused by the delay.  However, if the product does not arrive or is beyond consumption (we will need pictures as evidence) we will of course refund for any products you have paid for but not received or cannot eat.
  14. If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery of your order it will be left at a safe and convenient place, which you have specified to us in your order. If the products cannot be left at a safe and convenient location, or you are not in, our courier will leave your products in a place that the courier deems suitable as we are not able to hold products. We take no responsibility for any lost or damaged products if this happens and there is no one at the address you have provided. 
  1. In the unlikely event that there is a problem  please tell us by phone or email or post immediately.  We cannot discuss products once they have been consumed. 
  1. For the avoidance of doubt, perishable products (such as meat) once dispatched for delivery cannot be returned.
